The Spires Drainage HOA is managed by Z & R Property Management. The Association yearly dues "assessments" are $300 per home. Assessments are due on January 15th of each year and are considered late if received after February 15th when a $30 per month late fee is imposed plus 1.5% interest per month. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. Board Meetings are normallly held monthly. Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda.
