Our Community is a covenant-protected community governed by a Board of Directors who are volunteers elected by the property owners. The Governing Documents include the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Spires Drainage Homeowners Association, Inc. (CC&R's), any Rules, Resolutions, etc. For information on our governing documents, please download/view them below. The Declaration is recorded under Reception #097077686, 49 pages at the Clerk & Recorder's Office in El Paso County, CO. |
